General Sales Manager

Stott Outdoor Advertising, a leading west coast independent OOH advertising company currently seeks a General Sales Manager.  Stott has demonstrated consistent revenue growth under stable leadership for the past 28 years.  The company’s product offerings include bulletins, posters, junior posters, digital bulletins, transit shelters and bus advertising.  The successful candidate will lead our sales effort of all products in all markets, report directly to the companies General Manager and be a key contributor to the companies continued growth and success.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and direct activities of existing staff of nine account representatives.
  • Recruit, Hire and train new personnel as needed.
  • Supervise activities of company’s creative department.
  • Set rates and create campaigns to maximize both Occupancy and Revenue.
  • Assure company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Requirements include:

  • Strong background in OOH Sales/Sales Management
  • Relocation to Chico, CA
  • Minimum monthly travel throughout company’s extensive geographic coverage area
